Celebrate the Melbourne Cup in style with an all-inclusive Spring Carnival Lunch at Lotus, on Tuesday 5 November! 🌷🐎
Head Chef Napat Chumjui will be serving up four courses of the best local produce cooked in fragrant spices, as the flavours of Southeast Asia take centre stage.

Enjoy five-hours of free-flowing Chandon, premium wines, beers + curated highballs to keep the celebration going all afternoon 🥂

Festivities commence 11am until 4pm, with the race that stops the nation at noon. Celebrations continue from 4pm at The Beaufort until late.

Reservations essential with full payment required at time of booking. Dietaries can be accommodated if advised prior to the event date. Dietary requirements must be advised 10 days prior to the event, dietary and allergy requests may not be possible on accommodate on the day.  This event is strictly non-refundable, cancellations and non-attendance are not eligible for credit. 18+ event only. Lotus practices responsible service of alcohol.
