Hidden within the depths of The Beaufort is a concealed speakeasy called Cypher. Find the hidden entry and navigate past the Cyrillic projector to find this quirky cocktail bar and all its libations…

Cypher has one of the largest spirit lists in Perth with a spectacular cocktail range and delicious light bites plus share boards to choose from Head Chef, Napat Chumjui, and Exec Chef, Sundoo Kim. Enjoy live music on Friday + Saturday evenings too.

Cypher is named after The Beaufort Cypher, a means of encryption invented by Sir Francis Beaufort. Sir Francis was an Irish Hydrographer in the British Navy and also invented the Beaufort Wind Scale.
