Rooted in tradition and bursting with the bold, fresh flavours of Thailand, the Lotus Songkran Splendour menu is a feast designed to honour the famous water festival.
Hailing from the bustling streets of Bangkok with a rich Thai-Chinese heritage, Lotus Head Chef Napat Chumjui grew up in a home where food was a celebration. Inspired by cherished traditions and the vibrant spirit of Songkran, Napat and his team have crafted a shared menu that showcases Thailand’s bold, fresh flavours; perfectly balancing sweet, sour, salty, and spicy – offering a feast of prosperity and good fortune for the year ahead.
